This flavour was born out of the Launceston Farmers’ Market, where a persistent group of fans kept pressing us to make a “spicy” flavour. So we tested and tested, and just when we felt it was perfect, we added a tad more habanero chilli for good measure. So if you’re the sort of person who adds chilli flakes to all of their meals, then this jerky has been made specifically for you. We also make a milder chilli flavour – Smoked Chipotle.
